Our process

From approved plan to finished place.

Whether the design comes from your consultant team or an established playground plan, we provide the practical construction pathway that brings it to life.

01

Plans · site · scope

Understand

We begin with the supplied plans, the site and the project requirements. That means confirming the intended scope, who is responsible for each part of the work, and the practical boundaries around budget, access, approvals and timing.

02

Buildability · materials · sequencing

Prepare

Working from consultant documentation or a pre-designed playground plan, we review how the proposal translates to the site. Materials, set-out, access, sequencing and construction interfaces are considered early, with questions raised before they become site problems.

03

Consultants · trades · approvals

Coordinate

We work with the client, landscape architect, playground consultant and other project partners to resolve construction information, site interfaces and responsibilities. The aim is a clear, buildable package before and during delivery.

04

Construction · site · quality

Build

Works are sequenced around site access and the needs of an operating school, centre or public space. The playground and landscape elements are constructed to the approved information, with quality and site coordination managed through the build.

05

Completion · records · care

Hand over

The final stage prepares the place for use and ongoing care. Handover requirements, agreed records and maintenance information should be clear so the organisation knows what comes next.

Where to begin

Bring us the plan and the site.

Share the consultant drawings or pre-designed plan, the site location and the stage your project has reached.

If the documentation is still being completed, we can join the conversation with your consultant or project team to help identify buildability, access and sequencing questions before construction begins.
